Your care team

Treated by Two of America's Leading Implant Surgeons

At Infinity Dental, you meet with the doctors on day one — not a coordinator. Drs. Van Ittersum and Achey are among the first pioneers of mono implant technology in the United States, and they personally perform every full arch case.

Dr. Jared Van Ittersum, D.D.S.

National Speaker · Best-Selling Author · Pioneer in U.S. Mono Implantology

With 14 years of implant experience and six different implant systems placed, Dr. Van Ittersum has been driving full mouth implant innovation since 2008. A Key Opinion Leader for CAD/CAM same-day restorations, he is one of the first surgeons in the U.S. to champion mono-body implants — the global standard in implantology.

Dr. Elias Achey, D.M.D.

National Speaker · Best-Selling Author · Implant Educator

With 16 years in dentistry, Dr. Achey is a sought-after trainer for implant surgeons across the U.S. and co-leads Infinity Dental Partners, one of the most advanced private dental groups in West Michigan. His expertise in CAD/CAM restorations and full arch implant placement is unmatched in the region.

One Piece Implant Institute

They Don't Just Perform This Procedure — They Teach It to Other Dentists.

Drs. Van Ittersum and Achey lead the Mono Implant Academy, training dentists across the country in the All-on-1™ Full Arch System every two months. When you come to Infinity Dental, you are being treated by the surgeons who literally wrote the training curriculum for this procedure.

All-on-1™ vs. All-on-4™

Why More Implants Means a Better Outcome

Most practices offer All-on-4™ — four implants, thick acrylic prosthetics, and significant bone removal. The All-on-1™ system was built to solve every limitation of that approach.

All-on-4™ — The Old Way

Only 4 implants — unstable foundation over time
Requires bone reduction and gum flap surgery
Thick acrylic prosthetics — bulky, stains, looks artificial
Higher peri-implantitis risk long-term
One implant fails — the entire arch is at risk
Visible fake gum tissue required

All-on-1™ — The Future

8–10 implants — superior stability, chewing force & longevity
Flapless, zero bone-reduction — natural tissue preserved
Solid zirconia bridge — stain-proof, chip-resistant, natural-looking
Promotes bone growth rather than causing bone loss
Fail-safe system — arch stays intact if one implant needs attention
Tooth-only prosthetics — no fake gums in most cases

Why patients choose Infinity Dental

Built Around You, Not Just the Procedure

The All-on-1™ system isn't just clinically superior — it was designed to be more accessible, more comfortable, and more predictable than anything else available.

Minimally Invasive by Design

No gum flaps, no bone removal, no bone grafting in most cases. The bendable mono implants are thinner and integrate naturally — meaning less discomfort, less swelling, and a recovery measured in days. Most patients manage with over-the-counter medication.

The Highest Qualification Rate of Any Full-Arch System

Routinely turned away elsewhere for "not enough bone"? Mono implants integrate into available bone without grafting in most cases. Whether you've avoided the dentist for decades or been told you're not a candidate — you owe yourself a second opinion here.

A 20-Year Global Track Record

Mono implants have been the standard of care in Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Israel, and across Asia for over two decades. This isn't experimental — it's proven, refined, and trusted by thousands of dentists worldwide. It's simply newer to the U.S., and Infinity Dental is leading the way.
